Q.Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the billing accordingly.
Q.How do AI tokens work with annual subscriptions?
Token limits reset monthly regardless of your billing cycle. For example, if you subscribe to the Professional plan annually, you get 5M tokens every month (not 60M all at once). This ensures fair usage distribution throughout the year and prevents abuse. Tokens reset on the 1st of each month at midnight UTC.
Q.What happens if I exceed my token limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your token limit. You can either upgrade your plan for higher limits or wait until the next month when your tokens reset. Enterprise plans have unlimited tokens.
Q.Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, we'll provide a full refund.

If you connect your own AI provider keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, OpenRouter, …), your chats run on your keys instead of the built-in Scrapalot AI provider — so you pay 50% less: Pro is €6.99/mo and Team €14.99/mo. With BYOK active, the Scrapalot AI model is hidden from the chat picker and you select your own model; you configure your keys under Settings → Remote Providers.
